Google has recently announced a future-deal with thermostat and security appliances maker, Nest Labs, the contract valued well at $3.2 Billion. The brand is known for its thermostats and smoke-detectors, though Google plans to extend its functioning in home-services and move well inside consumers' dwellings.
Confirming the reports and talks about the deal, the American internet corporation Google Inc. finally announced its agreement with Nest Labs, a popular American brand, manufacturing smart thermostats, smoke-detectors, carbon-monoxide detectors and few other consumers' home-appliances. The deal is going to be Google's second biggest deal, the first one being the acquisition of Motorola in 2012 at $12.5 Billion.

Nest Labs was founded in the year 2010 by two ex-engineers at Apple, Tony Fadell and Matt Rogers. The first product made was a Learning Thermostat, a programmable, Wi-Fi enabled electronic device optimizing heating & cooling at homes and offices to conserve electricity. In the concluding quarter of the last year, it introduced its Nest Protect Smoke Detector and a carbon-monoxide detector.
On one hand, Google's planning to elevate its operations in Home services, data internet check-up and slicing out few personal and ongoing activities, searches and history for battery output in the future, Nest Labs believes the partnership will favour its product & popularity and may make a chance of new endeavours very soon.
