Following up the oodles of rumors streaming in the air from the past few weeks, Android 4.4.3 KitKat Update has been confirmed with two new KitKat builds discovered online. The update will get released very soon for Nexus 5 and Nexus 7 devices. The new update will purely be a bug-fixer, targeting known hitches particularly the camera issue in Nexus 5.
The source of this revelation, Myce has discovered a build KTU83 version running on a Nexus 5 device, codenamed "Hammerhead". A KTU79 build version for Nexus 7 has also been revealed by the source. Other than Myce, a developer also confirmed the upcoming of 4.4.3 on his twitter handle:-
Android 4.4.3 is under testing. Build number is KTU72B. Probably it will fix known camera bug.

As mentioned earlier, the new Android KitKat version 4.4.3 will only solve the accepted bugs, particularly the camera capture issue with the Nexus 5 and there won't be any addition of new features. We still have to wait for Android 4.5 or 5.0 or whatever for those!
